The Role
As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will:
- Inspire Learning: Deliver engaging and creative lessons that excite and motivate young learners.
- Build Foundations: Develop the essential literacy and numeracy skills of our students to set them up for future success.
- Foster Curiosity: Encourage a love for learning and support students to explore, ask questions, and think critically.
- Create a Safe Environment: Ensure a nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes the social, emotional, and academic growth of every child.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with the Key Stage 1 team and other staff to plan, assess, and support each child’s individual needs.
About You
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Is Qualified and Passionate: Holds QTS and has a strong commitment to teaching and learning.
- Has Experience in Key Stage 1: Demonstrates knowledge and experience in delivering the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
- Is Creative and Engaging: Brings lessons to life through creativity, hands-on activities, and a passion for inspiring young learners.
- Values Inclusion: Has a commitment to inclusive teaching practices that cater to all abilities and backgrounds.
- Works Well in a Team: Enjoys collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a positive school community
