What skills and experience we're looking for
The Hawksmoor Learning Trust is seeking an excellent, energised teacher (experienced or ECT) to join our team. The post-holder will be reflective and forward thinking, a successful practitioner with a passion for learning (for both the pupils and themselves). We have high expectations and constantly seek to improve our offer for the children and communities we serve. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated teacher and team player, have excellent child development and curriculum subject knowledge with a passion for raising attainment and expectations. They will also have the ability to inspire pupils, have a strong work ethic and be committed to high standards of the school and the Trust.
