We have fantastic facilities such as a Forest School, Reading Den and Sensory Garden. In addition, in September 2018 we federated with The Revel CE Primary School and so we benefit from working collaboratively with colleagues across The Ignite Federation.
The successful candidate will be an excellent Key Stage 1 practitioner as well as a specialist in Maths. We are looking for someone who can provide an exciting, high quality and innovative teaching and learning experience for some of our youngest pupils, as well as being able to lead and develop Maths across the school.
You should be able to demonstrate that you can:

- Deliver consistently good/outstanding teaching enabling pupils to make good progress;
- Take a full and positive role in the school;
- Manage people well, fostering positive and professional relationships;
- Develop and deliver a strategic learning-focused vision and drive for our KS1 classes;
- Strategically, develop and lead Maths across the school;
- Work on their own initiative, make management decisions and manage situations independently;
- Make a wider contribution to the school community.
We are looking for an inspirational teacher who can demonstrate strengths within Maths & KS1 practice and who has a demonstrable track record of management at any level (the successful candidate will be a member of the schools Senior Management Team). A working knowledge of using Read, Write, Inc Phonics and Maths Mastery would be desirable. The successful candidate would be expected to lead a team of practitioners and would need to demonstrate evidence of effective communication and motivational skills as well as supporting the professional development of colleagues in a previous role.
