Key Stage 2 Class Teacher (Salary MPS) job summary

The successful candidate will:
• Have the ability to lead a foundation subject across the school, promoting good practice in teaching and
learning.
• Be a consistently good or outstanding classroom practitioner.
• Have the passion for learning and high expectations for themselves and their pupils.
• Have the ability to motivate and inspire pupils and provide challenge in their learning.
• Have experience of successfully meeting the needs of SEND learners.
• Have strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to form positive partnerships with parents.
• Have the energy, enthusiasm, ambition and a long-term commitment to teaching.
