Key Stage 2 Class Teacher job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated practitioner to join a strong and supportive team in our warm and friendly village school. The successful candidate will be able to deliver the breadth of the curriculum with high ambition for all pupils and be happy to embrace the school's desire to develop more outdoor learning. They will be prepared to lead a curriculum area across the school. They will work with pupils who demonstrate positive attitudes to learning and are celebrated as individuals, whilst knowing they are part of a strong community.

Sheerhatch Primary School is a one form entry primary school across two sites in village locations. Our Early Years and Key Stage One classes are in the village of Willington, whilst Key Stage Two pupils are based on our Cople site. Both sites started life as Victorian village schools and merged in 2017. We are blessed with beautiful locations and have been able to extend our space in Cople with the development of a large outdoor learning environment.
