Whitehill is a forward-thinking school that places the academic, personal and social skills at the heart of everything we do. The school retained its Good Ofsted judgement in March 2024. Whitehill is a smaller than average school with a real family feel. We are located on the Heaton and Reddish boarders and serve a diverse multicultural and socio-economical population from across Stockport.
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to become an integral part of our Early Years team. This role will involve supporting in the classroom, covering classes in the event of the teacher being absent and delivering interventions (particularly Speech and Language and Phonics). This role would suit an experienced teaching assistant for looking for a new challenge in their career or an experienced Early Years Practitioner who is looking to move into a school environment.
