Key Stage 2 Special Needs Teacher with Team Leader role job summary
This is an opportunity to join our passionate, enthusiastic and ‘Outstanding’ team! Due to expansion we are seeking a motivated, skilled and resilient teacher who has experience of supporting young people with SEND including those on the autistic spectrum. They will have a flexible approach, exemplary communication skills and be able to meet the challenging needs of our young people. Alongside the class teacher role, this post includes the responsibilty of Key Stage 2 Team Leader.
Start Date: September 2022
Salary – Teachers’ pay scale + SEN Point + TLR 1
Experience of working in a SEN environment is desirable - a ‘can do’ attitude is essential!

Beaucroft is a Foundation Special School that caters for children and young people between the ages of four and nineteen who are experiencing learning difficulties, including complex needs, and those with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Our pupils’ needs range vastly and we are dedicated to giving the very best education to the children that they deserve.
