What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will:

Have a relentless drive and determination to raising standards of teaching and learning.

Work independently and with others to support the academic, social and emotional development of individuals and groups of pupils understanding clearly how they learn.

Provide effective support to maximise the attainment and accelerate the progress of individuals, and groups, of pupils.

Motivate and engage children so they are excited and enthused about learning.

Have effective communication skills when liaising with staff, parents, carers and other agencies.

Have the passion and drive to develop their professional career and gain relevant experience and training, where appropriate.

Use their initiative, be flexible and ensure children are safe, successful and happy.
