What skills and experience we're looking for
We wish to appoint a dynamic class teacher and strategic thinking Key Stage 2 phase leader at Oxford Road, who has the energy and drive to work with our leadership team across the Federation.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative teacher who will be able to join our dedicated team. As a Phase Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of our pupils.
You will lead a team of talented teachers within your phase, providing guidance, support, and inspiration to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning are met.
You will have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative curriculum initiatives, monitor student progress, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will have:
• demonstrates a clear understanding of what constitutes outstanding teaching and learning, and has the ability to lead staff by example
• inspires and motivates staff, parents, carers and children
• demonstrates exceptional knowledge of the curriculum
• demonstrates excellent management, interpersonal and organisational skills
• supports teams in working together to raise levels of achievement and attainment for all
• shows commitment to ensuring equality of opportunity for all learners
• is a dynamic and creative practitioner

Your employment is with the Wilson/Oxford Road Federation and will initially be based at Oxford Road, but you may be required to travel during the course of your work.
You may be required to work at any other location within the Federation.
