We are looking for a teacher who can inspire and influence and who has:

  • Evidence of professional development.
  • Effective classroom management skills.
  • Highest expectation of achievement, attainment, behaviour and ethos.
  • Ability to support, inspire and encourage our more vulnerable pupils.
  • Ability to support the SEND team in developing and improving outcomes for pupils who are working below age expectation in KS3.
