What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a teacher who can inspire and influence and who has:

Evidence of professional development.
Effective classroom management skills.
Highest expectation of achievement, attainment, behaviour and ethos.
Ability to support, inspire and encourage our more vulnerable pupils.
Ability to support the SEND team in developing and improving outcomes for pupils who are working below age expectation in KS3.
