What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a teacher who can inspire and influence and who has:
- Evidence of professional development.
- Effective classroom management skills.
- Highest expectation of achievement, attainment, behaviour and ethos.
- Ability to support, inspire and encourage our more vulnerable pupils.
- Ability to support the SEND team in developing and improving outcomes for pupils who are working below age expectation in KS3.
