Highfield Littleport is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Key Stage 4 Exams, Work Experience & Transition Administrator to play a vital role in the administration of internal and external exams, work experience placement coordination, and post-school transition support. Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Salary: ALT Grade F £27,269 - £29,093 FTE
Actual Salary: £20,510.90 - £21,882.85

We are a thriving community special school in Cambridgeshire, dedicated to providing a supportive and enriching environment for children aged 2 to 19. Highfield Littleport Academy offers unique learning experiences for students with significant and complex needs, including physical, sensory, communication, and medical support requirements.

Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Exam Administration: Previous experience in managing exam processes, preferably in a school or educational setting.
- Excellent Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Effective Communication: Ability to liaise with various stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and external agencies.
- Understanding of Safeguarding and Health & Safety: Familiarity with legal frameworks surrounding student welfare, including risk assessments for work experience.
- IT Proficiency: Experience using JCQ and awarding body online tools, as well as school management systems.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with school staff, families, and external partners.
