Key Stage 5 Physics Coordinator job summary

We are currently looking for a Key Stage 5 Physics Co-ordinator to join our team.

The Science department offers:

• The opportunity to teach your subject specialism of Physics in our popular A Level and level 3 vocational courses.
• The opportunity to lead our fast-growing A Level Physics provision.
• The opportunity to deliver your subject specialism of Physics from Year 10 onwards as part of the Triple and Combined Science GCSEs.
• The chance to be a part of a large and successful team that achieves excellent progress and attainment at GCSE and A Level.
• A strong emphasis on practical work and the development of skills in all science subjects at all key stages.
• Well-resourced departmental schemes of learning with access to e-textbooks, online learning platforms and differentiated materials.
• A supportive, expanding and well-resourced department including a committed team of technicians.
• The opportunity to be a creative practitioner of Physics teaching.
• An exciting opportunity for an ambitious colleague to further develop their teaching and leadership skills as they embark on their journey to be a Head of Physics or Head of Science.
