Key Stage Leader job summary
Stopsley High School is looking to recruit a highly ambitious, knowledgeable and motivated individual, as a Key Stage Leader.
The successful candidate will be joining an enthusiastic, forward thinking and highly ambitious team. They will demonstrate real enthusiasm for instilling the highest standards of punctuality, attendance and positive attitude to learning to all students across a Key Stage. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced classroom practitioner experience to embrace the opportunity that a Leadership role brings.
It is important that the successful candidate shows a willingness to work to make an already established team even stronger. There will be a full programme of CPD available to the successful candidate.
Stopsley High School has been on a rapid improvement journey which included academising in September 2021 and joining the Middlesex Learning Trust. The School has benefitted from collaborative networking across the three schools, opportunities to showcase best practice and access to innovative training opportunities. All of this hard work culminated in an incredibly positive Ofsted in September 2022, in which the school was graded as “Good” in all five areas.
