What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic teacher who has experience teaching phonics to a high standard.

We are looking for someone who can adapt their teaching to meet the needs of a diverse range of abilities and tailor support for pupils with additional needs.

We seek a patient, kind person who has high expectations of behaviour and attainment.

We are seeking a member of staff who can be an effective part of the team and bring a passion for education into the classroom with them.

We want an individual who cares about the whole child and can nurture their mental and physical wellbeing as well as academic progress.

Applicants should have an interest in the Early Years Curriculum and be flexible in planning a well thought out and consistent transition from Reception into Year 1.

What the school offers its staff

We offer high quality training and an ethos of personal and career focussed support.

We put the wellbeing of staff first and believe this allows teachers to have the greatest impact on pupils.

We offer new staff the opportunity to bring their own stamp, skills and experience to bear within our setting and have an impact beyond the classroom.

We are inclusive, welcoming and able to offer challenges for teachers who want to make a genuine difference to pupils with a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences.
