Key Stage Two Teacher within Specialist Resourced Provision job summary
Our Specialist Resourced Provision is for children with Autistic Spectrum Conditions. We
are seeking an experienced Teacher to work within this 18 place provision. The successful
candidate will be a Teacher with experience of working with children with additional needs,
particularly Autistic Spectrum Conditions and will take responsibility for the day to day
running of the KS2 element of our provision. Our school is federated with the adjacent
junior school, situated within the same building and the provision is split with the KS2
element based in the junior school.
You will work closely with the Inclusion Team, Senior Strategy Team and other members
of the Willow Provision team. We are looking for an excellent practitioner who has high
expectations of all pupils, especially those with complex SEND, is able to manage a team
of support staff and can work well with parents, colleagues and other professionals.
The Provision offers places to children in Early Years, KS1 and KS2 and an ability to work
across all these phases would be desirable. The successful candidate will display
resilience and have a problem-solving approach to meeting challenges, including the
ability to inspire others.

We are a four form entry infant school situated in Whitton, Twickenham. We are federated with our neighbouring junior school. We have a nursery attached to our school offering morning, afternoon and 30 hour places. We have an Autistic Spectrum Condition Specialist Provision for 18 pupils and cover early years, KS1 and KS2.
