What skills and experience we're looking for
- To maintain the highest possible standards of customer service to students, staff and visitors.
- To carry out instructions received from Assistant Cook/Chef Manager.
- To complete basic food preparation & cooking e.g. sandwiches, salads, vegetables.
- Wash dishes, cutlery, tumblers, jugs, serving utensils, containers, tables and all other catering equipment in the dining and service areas
- To ensure food hygiene and health and safety regulations is adhered to at all times.
