KS1 1:1 Teaching Assistant for a child with significant additional needs job summary
We are looking for an experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work with a pupil with a severe learning disability to join our team on a termly rolling contract basis.
We are looking for staff who have:
• An understanding of working with children who are non-verbal and have complex needs
• Have a positive attitude and a kind, caring and patient nature
• Experience in sensory learning to enhance learning, communication and creativity
• Confident when dealing with challenging behaviour
