KS1 and 2 Part Time Class Teacher job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Threlkeld School for a part time class teacher covering Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. The successful candidate should have recent relevant experience of teaching and assessment in Key Stage 1 and the Multiplication test in KS2, dealing with pupils with challenging behaviour and Special Educational Needs and leading whole school developments and/or a key subject area. The teaching commitment is 2 ½ days (ideally Wednesday to Friday), teaching 14 Year 2 - 4 pupils along with leading curriculum areas which can be discussed to align with your passion and strengths. This is a 0.5 teaching commitment, so a 0.55 is offered to take account of PPA time.
