- Who is a positive role model who inspires a love of learning in your pupils and has the ability
to motivate all and differentiate and who wishes to join a dedicated and successful team who work collaboratively to achieve the highest standards for all pupils
- Who is able to provide high quality teaching and learning
- Who enthuses and inspires children to be the best they can be, fostering a love of learning in
all pupils
- Who is a team player willing to go above and beyond;
- Who is excellent in communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Who is able to demonstrate high academic expectations of all pupils coupled with strong behaviour management skills.
Able to understand how different pupils learn and the barriers some face to their learning
