KS1 Class Teacher job summary

We are looking for someone who:
• can share the responsibility for creating an outstanding, high quality learning environment,
• maximising resources and facilities;
• recognises the uniqueness of each of child and reflects this in their practice; provision and planning
• can inspire and motivate staff, parents and children;
• is able to demonstrate management, interpersonal and organisational skills with children, parents, colleagues and external agencies;
• is a pro-active team member committed to raising standards and achievement across education and can take on board recommendations made by OFSTED;
• is able to lead a talented team and sustain good practice.
