We are looking for a creative, compassionate and inspiring teacher who can share their love of learning with our children and motivate them to achieve their very best.

We are seeking to appoint a classroom teacher on a temporary (maternity cover for a teacher currently teaching pupils in Year 2) contract who:
• Is an outstanding classroom practitioner (or has the potential to be one)
• Is a talented, creative and inspiring teacher
• Highly values children emotional wellbeing and can promote this with a Thrive approach
• Is reflective about their practise and values professional development
• Shows dedication and commitment to raising achievement
• Works well as a team and has a sense of humour

We are very ambitious for the achievement of all our children and an inclusive approach is at the very centre of our ethos. We are also part of a teaching school (Pickwick Teaching School Alliance) which offers further professional development, collaboration with other schools and opportunities for research.
