• Show evidence of recent, excellent KS1 classroom practice
• Be qualified to work in KS1 and have recent experience of working with this age group
• Have a willingness to work with a committed staff team, forming strong links with parents and the community
• Have good organisational skills with high expectations of all pupils.
• Have the ability to create a stimulating learning environment with imaginative, cross-curricular learning opportunities.
