KS2 class teacher job summary
We are looking to recruit a positive and enthusiastic class teacher to teach in one of our wonderful KS2 classes. The year group is dependent on the successful candidate's experiences. We have a vastly experienced and stable teaching team who provide the best care and guidance to our children, and we are looking for a friendly, committed individual to join us. Visits to the school are encouraged and can be arranged via the school office on 01424 851783. If you wish to apply before visiting then we can arrange tours on interview days too.
We welcome applications from ECTs and experienced teachers. For ECTs, we offer strong support – an experienced mentor whom you will meet weekly during dedicated release time; an excellent training programme tailored to our school using materials from the ECF; regular observations of experienced colleagues, including visits to other schools; working with other ECTs who are also at the same stage of their career. We have an excellent track record of support for ECTs, ensuring all our ECTs pass induction as good or better teachers. For experienced teachers, we offer subject leadership training, subject specific CPD opportunities, and additional protected subject leader release time.
