What skills and experience we're looking for
We are now accepting applications for the position of
a classroom teacher to work within a KS1 class until April 2025 for maternity
leave cover. Beaconsfield Primary School is a 2FE over-subscribed, welcoming
school with ‘outstanding pupil behaviour’ where pupils consistently
exceed national averages in both attainment and progress. We offer a very supportive
environment for staff and pupils. The
school has increased in pupil numbers over past years as we expanded to a fully
2FE school with an attached 28 place SEND ARP Unit (Additional Resource
Provision)
Do you have:
* The ability to demonstrate very good/ outstanding classroom practice
* Experience of two key stages including KS1 (this may be through block teaching practice for ECT/ NQTs)
* High expectations for children’s learning, behavior and a commitment to all pupils achieving success
* A firm belief in inclusive and equalities education for all pupils
* Energy, enthusiasm and a positive approach to developing a stimulating & creative curriculum and classroom
