What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will be an excellent classroom practitioner, with high expectations of the children and themselves. They will have the ability to work within a vibrant team who are relishing the challenge of continuing to move the school forward. They will have experience of teaching phonics to KS1 children. If you have excellent behaviour management skills, strong classroom leadership and the desire to take on a new challenge, please make an appointment to come and see our school. The successful candidate will have the desire to take a full and active part in the life of the school.
We focus on driving up standards and have experience of improving standards in education to provide the right learning environment for all children to achieve their full potential.
Oak View Academy joined NWAT in April 2014 and has worked collaboratively with NWAT to improve standards in education outcomes for children.
