What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking an experienced teacher to cover a period of maternity leave during the Spring and Summer terms 2025. Candidates should be experienced in the delivery of phonics programmes (the school uses Unlocking Letters and Sounds).

Whilst the role is principally to cover maternity leave on Monday afternoons and all day Thursday and Friday, the successful applicant must also be prepared, if needed, to work full-time for the first half of the Spring term whilst a trainee teacher is on placement.

The successful candidate will also fulfil the role of Geography lead during the contract.
