What skills and experience we're looking for
The North Cotswold School Federation Trust is seeking to appoint a classroom teacher who will motivate, support and challenge our small class of Key Stage 1 children to reach their full potential.
To be based at St. James' site in Chipping Campden we are looking for an excellent classroom teacher who:
- Has the desire, skills and knowledge to raise attainment of pupils, meeting individual needs.
- Has high expectations of pupils’ attainment, progress and behaviour
- Is a reflective practitioner
- Has previous experience of teaching Key Stage 1
- Is knowledgeable about scaffolding to support pupils
- Is an enthusiastic team member with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Supports our Christian ethos
