The Mercia Learning Trust is looking to appoint an outstanding, main pay scale teacher for teaching in KS1.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent classroom skills, including a sound understanding of how children learn. They will also have the ability to forge excellent relationships with colleagues, parents and most importantly, our children. They must be a team player who is an exceptional teacher of English and maths, as well as having the knowledge and skills to inspire children’s learning in all wider areas of the curriculum.

Because of this, our children make very good progress and we have strong relationships with parents and members of the community.
