What skills and experience we're looking for
At Trenance Learning Academy, we pride ourselves on being a forward thinking, innovative school where staff are supported, developed, and coached to be the best practitioners that they can be. We value the hard, intense and dedicated work of our team and have several staff benefits that make Trenance a fantastic place to work.
We deliver a highly effective knowledge-rich curriculum (Adventures in Learning) that supports pupils to develop knowledge, skills, and a deeper understanding of the world through carefully thought-out well sequenced lessons.
Everything that we do is ‘considered’ to ensure that your time is focused on delivering highly purposeful and exciting lessons. We ensure that you will not need to attend pointless meetings, mark books in your own time and take work home with you. Instead, we make sure that any meeting is purposeful, always centered around the education of each child and that your time is protected, to ensure you can focus on high quality teaching.
Do you have the same passion for children’s education, have the same dedication to improving outcomes across the South West and understand the challenging work that it takes to truly make this impact? If the answer is yes and you want to make a real difference to the lives of all our children, please apply below.
