What the school offers its staff

We are a one form entry school with a minimum of one teaching assistant in every class. Pupils of Anthony Bek take pride in their work and demonstrate very effective learning behaviours.
Visitors to our school always comment on how calm our school is, how well behaved our pupils are in school and how friendly everyone is. Equally, when we take pupils out, we always get extremely positive feedback about our groups from the venues themselves and from members of the public.
Staff work closely and support each other across the Key Stage and wider school. We value staff well-being and a work/life balance and ensure staff benefit from access to a wide range of curriculum schemes to make planning and resourcing as easy/effective as possible. We can offer you a large, experienced, supportive, fun-loving team of staff to work alongside, hard-working, caring and friendly pupils; lots of supportive parents/carers and a very effective, supportive Governing body
