Post Title:  Early Years Teaching Assistant

Position Start Date: 31st October 2023

We are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to support the educational outcomes of our Early Years pupils. We are looking for an experienced TA with a proven track record of delivery phonics and early reading. The ideal candidate will have:

     The minimum of a Level 2 Diploma or equivalent, with proficient practical skills

     Experience of delivering phonics and early reading

     Experience of working within Early Years 

     Knowledge of a range of primary school interventions and provisions

     Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team
