KS2/3 Core Subject Transition Teacher job summary

KS2/3 Teacher of English and Maths required to teach smaller groups of targeted students across the Secondary range who are working significantly below Age Related Expectations.
Due to the nature of the role, we welcome applicants from both Primary and Secondary backgrounds. Experience of working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities would be advantageous and we welcome interest from teachers who may have future aspirations of working more specifically in the area of SEND.
You will focus on teaching and learning in small groups and will work with the SENDCO and Subject Coordinators to close the gap for students who are not yet able to access their relevant curriculum studies.
