What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking candidates who:
Is an excellent classroom practitioner who values all children and has experience of raising standards successfully in KS2.
Is a compassionate teacher, who has experience in the delivery of adaptive teaching for all groups of learners, including vulnerable groups and SEN.
Demonstrates high expectations of individual achievement and has a commitment to uphold the school ethos, values and vision.
Is creative and enthusiastic with a positive attitude towards solution focused outcomes.
Has good organisational and interpersonal skills and is able to work both independently and as a member of a team.
Is able to work in close partnership with the whole Trust community and all stakeholders.
Has a commitment to safeguarding of all pupils and an understanding of the KCSIE documents.
