What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a dynamic full time class teacher (part time applicant will also be considered). The successful candidate will make learning fun and exciting whilst also helping our pupils reach the highest standards. The teacher we are looking for will need to build strong relationships with our pupils, families and staff, supporting our strong sense of community; they will have a progressive attitude to learning, showing a willingness to take risks and be creative within lessons; have high standards and expectations to help all children regardless of need or background to reach their potential.

The role would be suitable for a recently qualified or more experienced teacher as we take all staff members career progression seriously. This includes bespoke mentoring/coaching in school, opportunities for professional development pathways within the Primary First Trust and support to achieve nationally recognised qualifications.
