What skills and experience we're looking for

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Academy, where putting students first is part of our fundamental culture. We strongly believe that positive outcomes for our students come from the professionalism, commitment and passion for excellence displayed by our staff.

We are looking for an outstanding KS2 classroom teacher. Ideally, you will be able to offer areas of interest and will be committed to extra-curricular activities. You would be working within a supportive team of committed teachers and support staff.

You will need to be either an outstanding classroom practitioner already, or an ECT that can demonstrate the potential to become outstanding quickly, with a commitment to continuous professional development.

You will also need to have good behaviour management skills and the ability to inspire and develop students in order to raise standards and maximise their potential.
