Are you an experienced, passionate and dedicated educator looking to make a real impact in a vibrant school community? Hatfield Academy is seeking a part-time Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our dynamic team for three days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set high expectations to inspire, motivate, and challenge all pupils.
- Promote good progress and positive learning outcomes for all students.
- Deliver well-structured, engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Adapt teaching strategies to respond to individual strengths and areas for development.
- Demonstrate strong subject and curriculum knowledge, ensuring high-quality instruction.
- Use assessment effectively to track pupil progress and inform future learning.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive and safe learning environment.
- Contribute to the wider professional responsibilities within the academy.
