What skills and experience we're looking for
Talavera Junior School is a three-form school nestled in the heart of Aldershot. During our most recent Ofsted, we retained our second ‘Outstanding’ judgement in all areas. We are part of a collaboration which includes Wellington Community Primary School and Marlborough Infants School; this has allowed all schools to share best practice and staffing to enable development. This role could be placed across the collaboration for the right candidate.
We are looking for a permanent teacher to start work in January 2025. However, an earlier start date could be possible.

- Demonstrates a commitment to pupils' development and pastoral care
- Is able to build strong relationships with children and meet their individual needs
