The Governors of this successful, well-respected church school are looking to appoint an inspirational teacher to join us at St Philip’s CofE Primary School. We are looking for the right someone to become a member of our committed team from September 2023 to cover a maternity cover vacancy. We are seeking an experienced, hard-working, proactive and committed professional to join us in our work to improve outcomes for our children. You should be a resilient classroom teacher who will support, challenge and work with us all as we take our school into its next stages of growth and development.

The position advertised is for a year’s contract to commence in September 2023 and ending on 31st August 2024. The position is full time and will be in a year 3 class. We currently do not have the capacity to support an ECT and are seeking a teacher with some experience.

Applications close on: Friday 9th June at 12:00pm. Shortlisting will take place on Friday 9th June 2023.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a lesson observation in year 3 and to complete a planning task on Wednesday 14th June 2023. Successful candidates will be called to interview on a date to be confirmed.
