Situated on the edge of the beautiful New Forest, just a 2 mile journey from the maritime city of Southampton, an hour’s train ride to London and with easy access to the beaches in Bournemouth, this could be the perfect chance to experience something totally new and exciting.
With our young staff team, we are a school which prides itself on its teamwork and the way we work together. As we are a 5/6 form entry school, this is the perfect opportunity to work alongside other like-minded teachers in a supportive environment where children come first.
What makes us different to most schools?
1. We have either 5 or 6 classes in each year group.
Every teacher has their own personal coaching programme and we are in the unusual position of employing a teaching coach within school. The quality of this support has been recognised by both Ofsted and Hampshire County Council.

3. For someone who will be moving area, the school is a very sociable one so you will not be lonely!!
4. Please check out our school Facebook page to get a feel for what our school is really like.
This would also be a fantastic opportunity to work in a forward-thinking school with a clear vision for teaching and learning. This has been recognised by the Local Authority who frequently use the school to demonstrate effective Teaching and Learning to other schools.
The position is suitable for either an NQT or experienced teacher.
Visits to the school are encouraged and welcomed.
