KS2 Class Teacher job summary

An unexpected opportunity has arisen at St George's C of E Academy Newtown for an inspirational KS2 teacher to become classteacher of one of our wonderful Y5 classes. This is a permanent post made possible following the promotion of the current post holder and creates an exciting opening to join our dedicated teaching team. The Local Academy Board are seeking to appoint a candidate ready for a September 2025 start, creating a short window to apply for the post. We are happy to consider applications from teachers at any point in their career, including those beginning their ECT induction years. However, this role is equally suited to an experienced teacher who is passionate about teaching at our fabulous school
