Further details about the role

A thriving Acorn Education Trust school is looking to appoint a flexible and dedicated KS2 Class Teacher to provide maternity cover until December 2024.

St John’s Church of England Primary School is a happy and successful single form entry school, educating children between the ages of 4 and 11. Located in the garrison town of Warminster, Wiltshire, we offer a ‘village school’ atmosphere and are incredibly proud of our strong links with the local community and St John’s Church. We aim to create a positive and happy learning environment, with a strong Christian ethos and the highest expectations of behaviour and attainment. In 2021 we retained our ‘Good’ Ofsted rating, with inspectors praising our focus on providing a rich and ambitious curriculum right from the start. In February 2017 we joined Acorn Education Trust, which has provided exciting opportunities to improve local education and draw on collective experience.
