KS2 Class Teacher - Weston Rhyn Primary School job summary

The village of Weston Rhyn is situated between Oswestry and Chirk, on the Shropshire/North Wales border. Children also attend the school from Chirk Bank, Rhosweil, Bronygarth and other surrounding villages and towns.

The successful candidate will have high expectations of the children and be capable of planning and delivering the full requirements of Key Stage 2 classes. They will have high expectations of the children and need to be able to liaise and work well with other staff throughout the school.

They will have a personality that children readily respond to and the ability to show patience and initiative when working with colleagues, parents and other adults, whilst respecting confidentiality. They will be prepared to undertake professional development, promote their own personal development and show some flair towards curriculum innovation.
