KS2 Class Teacher with a negotiable TLR job summary
Holy Trinity CE Primary Academy is a good school situated in a quiet area of Handsworth. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic KS2 teacher who is ready to take the next stage in their career and lead a whole school subject (to be negotiated with the successful candidate).
We are looking for someone who:
- is an excellent teacher;
- has the ability to lead by example and inspire and motivate staff, parents and children;
- has an excellent understanding of the primary curriculum;
- has led a whole school subject area;
- shows leadership support for the whole staff team;
- exhibits responsibility for leading on the progress, monitoring and assessment of pupils;
- has the ability to ensure that standards continue to improve;
- has an excellent knowledge of the 2014 curriculum and is able to contribute to the strategic development of the school;
- is able to demonstrate management, interpersonal and organisational skills as a member of the Middle Management Team (MMT);
- has the ability to work within and lead a team with a sense of humour.
