KS2 Teacher (0.2 FTE) Fixed Term job summary

 

Minerva Primary School is looking to appoint an experienced Class Teacher to undertake PPA cover on Thursdays and Fridays with the two KS2 classes. 

The successful candidate will join a strong KS2 team and provide curriculum leadership in an agreed subject.  Each Friday will be with a Y3/4 class and alternate Thursday with the Y5/6 and Y3/4 classes. 

 

You will be skilled in developing children’s oracy, reading and writing skills across the curriculum.    

 

The successful candidate will be able to engage with our ethos of supporting all children alongside an ability to build strong, reliable and positive relationships with staff and children to thrive and achieve. A desire to develop a deeper understanding of children’s social, emotional and mental health needs is essential for the role.
