From 1st September 20025 we have a fantastic opportunity for an inspirational KS2 teacher to join our team. Christ the Sower Primary School is a good (Ofsted November 2023), vibrant primary school with a positive ‘can do’ and supportive team ethos. Our school is relentless in the pursuit of an education that unlocks passions, realises potential, nurtures a love of learning and achieves successful outcomes for all pupils. We are seeking a talented teacher with high expectations, excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing an exciting and empowering curriculum for the children of our school.
You will:
- Be passionate about working with children and enhancing life chances, as part of a successful team.
- Be creative and able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the national curriculum requirements.
- Be able to share the schools’ commitment to achieving the highest possible standards for all our children.
- Be a standout teacher who inspires and excites young learners through innovative and engaging teaching.
- Be able to support children across the range of attainment by adapting and scaffolding your teaching.
- Have a strong grasp of assessment processes and able to use this accurately to plan ‘next steps’ in learning.
- Work well in a team, can establish good relationships with children and parents and are willing to fully participate in our ‘#TeamCTS ethos’.
- Be able to model exemplary practice in the classroom, securing excellent progress and attainment.
- Be a team player, committed to collaboration and continuous professional development.
- Be a positive and adaptable individual who embraces change and new ideas.
