What Skills and Experience We Are Looking For
We are seeking a talented and experienced teacher to join our team at Woodlands Primary School. The ideal candidate will have the knowledge, capability and enthusiasm to lead Maths across the school while demonstrating the ability to motivate and inspire both pupils and staff. Your knowledge of the Maths curriculum and passion for the subject will enable you to lead staff meetings and provide high-quality CPD.
As an experienced middle leader ready to take the next step in your career, you will become an integral member of our supportive and friendly Senior Leadership Team. You will have high expectations for what all children can achieve and possess the subject knowledge required for every child to reach their full potential.
A passion for inclusion is essential, as is the ability to work closely with colleagues, governors, parents and the wider school community. We are looking for a teacher with a proven track record in building positive relationships as we believe that these relationships underpin everything that occurs in the classroom.
