Full-Time, Permanent Contract
We want to hear from you if you are an inspirational class teacher who has a passion for seeing young people succeed. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are an experienced teacher with:
High expectations of children’s attainment and progress
Substantial experience working with children with SEN and disabilities and can help them to achieve academically and personally
Sound knowledge of the SEN code of practice
SENCO qualification desirable however we would be willing to support the right candidate to undergo the training
Ability to work effectively with all stakeholders, particularly parents
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, motivate, inspire and support those around you.
We would consider a job share for the right candidate.
Candidates will need to demonstrate they are:
An outstanding teacher.
Able to consistently teach inspirational lessons and have good subject knowledge.
Organised and have excellent communication skills.
Innovative, creative and enthusiastic – able to deliver results.
Passionate about making a difference to young people with Special Educational Needs.
