King’s Meadow Academy is a warm and welcoming school situated on the edge of Kinsley and Fitzwilliam, Wakefield, West Yorkshire. The Headteacher, Governors and children are seeking a committed and talented teacher with a passion for helping our children achieve their full potential.
This is an exciting time for the school improvement journey of King’s Meadow Academy; the school joined Waterton Academy Trust on 1st July 2018, a Trust of 12 primary schools in the Wakefield area. As part of this Trust both staff and children enjoy varied opportunities for collaboration in all areas of the curriculum. The creative and energetic staff team pride their selves in supporting each and every child to be the very best that they can be in all aspects of their development.
The supportive and driven senior leadership team are seeking a colleague who can work at pace and help to rapidly increase outcomes for our children. This position will be challenging but rewarding, and will give the
successful candidate an opportunity to have a significant impact in the school community.
