Tenbury CE Primary Academy and the Diocese of Hereford Multi-Academy Trust (DHMAT) have an exciting opportunity for a Year 3 Teacher to join us.

The school is a partner academy of DHMAT, located in the popular market town of Tenbury Wells in Worcestershire. We are a one-form entry school for children aged 2-11 years and pride ourselves on ourselves on our 'school family' being welcoming, inclusive and nurturing. We achieved the highest accolade of "Excellent" in our SIAMs inspection report, and in our recent Ofsted report, were recognised as a "good" school with "outstanding" leadership and personal development of our pupils.

We are seeking to recruit a highly committed, enthusiastic and effective KS2 class teacher to join our successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT or recently qualified teacher to further develop their skills as a classroom practitioner and promote teaching and learning to the highest standards.

We are looking for a candidate who:

Is able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of the National Curriculum

Is committed to ensuring that all children achieve the highest possible outcome

Has the ability to motivate and engage pupils with their learning

Is able to work effectively as a team member

Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Is able to demonstrate a willingness to become fully involved in the life and work of the school, including our Christian ethos.
