We're looking for a dedicated KS2 teacher to join our warm, supportive team at The Ridge Academy in Cheltenham. This is a fixed term, maternity cover role for one year, from September 2025 until August 2026. Within this role, you will consistently provide high-quality teaching and learning across your KS2 class. You will possess qualities such as compassion, resilience, and a strong understanding of SEMH/EBD.
We are looking for someone who ideally:
* Holds Qualified Teacher status.
* Has a proven track record within primary education
* Can demonstrate successful experience working in an SEMH setting/ school.

The Ridge Academy is a specialist provision for children with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs. We teach children across KS1 and KS2 in small classes with an ambitious curriculum and increased opportunities for SEMH development opportunities.
